Step by Step
1.Open Command Prompt;
2.Command如下：
sqlplus "/as sysdba"
startup nomount pfile='C:\oracle\\102\database\init
create spfile from pfile='C:\oracle\
shutdowm immediate;
startup;
Tips
File "SPFILE.ORA" and "init.ora" are the same Files.
"SPFILE.ORA" is a system file that we cannot read, and "init.ora" is a txt file that we can read.
