使用DBUA做数据库升级，最后出现OEM错误

1) Firewall may be on. Turn it off. 

2) Port is already in use by some other process. Either free the port or re-run emca script by providing free ports as command line options.

日志信息中出现了 很多的如下IP信息

查看 listener 配置信息如下：

从如上的信息来看，应该就是IP相关的信息导致的错误。192.168.221.21 为之前的IP地址了。查看 /etc/hosts 发现信息不正确

发现问题，修改IP地址 hostname 。重新安装 OEM 即可。
