EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

·         Degree in Engineering from premier institutions. MBA preferred.

·         SAP Certification/ Professional Certification desirable

·         Minimum 3-4 full life cycle SAP implementations, Global rollout experience will be added advantage

·         Good knowledge in SAP, and integration with SD, MM and Finance. Knowledge of product costing is a plus.

·         Well developed customer focus

·         Good Presentation and communication skills

·         Good command on English and Mandarin Language

·         Ready to travel for assignments (short term and long term)

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

·         Leading the team(s) they are assigned to, in functional capacity, adding value to the project and to the final deliverables

·         Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects

·         Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients

·         Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines

·         Participating in SOW creation and estimating under guidance from a Bid Manager

·         Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems

·         Delivering billable components that meets a customer’s needs

WORK EXPERIENCE

·         Minimum of 3years SAPindustry/consulting experience
