Linux redhat 5 (x86-64) 最近遇到ORA-07445的错误,日志不停的报错误信息，db version 11.1.0.6

有遇到过这样的错误吗？metalink上说是bug,和硬件有关，就没有一个解决方法呢？

解决方法：

   注释 dispatcher 参数（spfile) 
   #*.dispatchers='(PROTOCOL=TCP) (SERVICE=orclXDB)'

问题：一时找不到更好的办法，暂时注释掉了dispatchers，不知道是否有其它好的办法（Help）?
