$ sqlplus /@jay as sysdba

ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
2) 修改参数remote_login_passwordfile
SQL> alter system set remote_login_passwordfile=exclusive scope=spfile;
System altered.
3) 创建password file(默认位置为：$ORACLE_HOME/dbs)
$ orapwd file=orapwmydb password=manager entries=20
4) 以sys用户远程连接到数据库
$ sqlplus sys/manager@jay as sysdba
SQL> show user
USER is "SYS"
5) 把sysdba权限赋予用户jay
SQL> grant sysdba to jay;
Grant succeeded.
6) 以jay用户远程连接到数据库
$ sqlplus jay/jay@jay as sysdba
SQL> show user
USER is "SYS"
