my answer: 1.Oracle Forms Developer is a productive developement envirnment for internet business applications for

                  Oracle Forms Services is a component of Oracle Application server that deploys Forms applications to Java clients in a Web envrionment.

                  2.Architecture of Oracle Forms Services - three tiers
                  -- client tier contains Web browser( where the application is displayed and used)
                  -- middle tier is the application server(where the application logic and server software reside)
                  -- db tier the db server (where enterprise data is stored)

                  - oracle forms/report share the same conf file. if the cof file already exist, forms merges the two files. not affected report?
