centos7 firewalld 配置了转发，就是不生效。有人碰到过不？

1[root@localhost ~]# firewall-cmd --list--all
[root@localhost ~]# ssh -p 2000 root@localhost
ssh: connect to host localhost port 2000: Connection refused
