Conversation A（在对话中，Emma、Pam、Amy、Jack、Tom、Jason等都会经常出现）
Emma: Hi, Jason. You're just in time. Can you take these cups?
Jason: Sure.
Emma: Thanks. So how was your weekend?
Jason: It was good, but it was a little strange.
Emma: How come?
Jason: Well, I came to the mall on Sunday for lunch. But when I arrived, the mall was closed.
Emma: What time did you arrive?
Jason: I arrived at 12:30.

Conversation B
Emma: Wait. That is strange. I was here on Sunday and we opened at noon.
Jason: I know.
Emma:  So what happened?
Jason: Well, I went home and came back a half-hour later.
Emma: Was the mall open then?
Jason: Yes, it was. That's when I learned about Daylight-Saving Time.
Emma: Ah. Now I understand.

Conversation C
Jason: Daylight-Saving Time ended on Sunday. But I didn't know, so I didn't change my watch.
Emma: You didn't set your clocks back.
Jason: Right. My watch showed 12:30 when it was really only 11:30.
Emma: So the mall really did open at noon. You were just here early.
Jason: Exactly.
Emma: Well, you learned. And that's good, or you would always be an hour early for everything.
本段找到了今天问题的答案，Daylight-Saving Time ended on Sunday.

Information Desk
a half-hour和half an hour都是“半小时”的意思。
Daylight-Saving Time其实就是夏令时的意思,summer time。

当某物品、某机器出毛病时，不能运转了，可以用what is wrong with......?的句型。

Calendar Phrase
Do you have the time? 你可以告诉我现在几点了吗？
今天的对话中，还有一个句式要熟练运用:
What time did you . . . ?
例句有：What time did you go to school yesterday ?
