1. 关闭RAC 的顺序
srvctl stop instance -d firstrac -i firstrac1
srvctl stop instance -d firstrac -i firstrac2
srvctl stop asm -n firstrac1
srvctl stop asm -n rac1
srvctl stop asm -n rac2
srvctl stop nodeapps -n rac1
srvctl stop nodeapps -n rac2

2.启动RAC 的顺序
srvctl start nodeapps -n rac1
srvctl start nodeapps -n rac2
在启动RAC2的时候报错：
CRS-1028: Dependency analysis failed because of:
CRS-0223: Resource 'ora.rac2.gsd' has placement error.
CRS-1028: Dependency analysis failed because of:
CRS-0223: Resource 'ora.rac2.ons' has placement error.
CRS-1028: Dependency analysis failed because of:
CRS-0223: Resource 'ora.rac2.LISTENER_RAC2.lsnr' has placement error.
解决办法：（1） 查看状态 crs_stat -t
(2) 解决UNKOWN 问题：crs_stop -all
(3) 启动全部：crs_start -all
(4) 再次查看状态：crs_stat -t
(5) 发现还是有UNKOWN的服务，这次用 crs_stop -f  服务名来停止服务，然后再用crs_start -f 服务名  来启动服务。
（6） 查看状态：crs_stat -t  这次可以看到全部都是ONLINE的状态。
启动ASM：
srvctl start asm -n rac1
srvctl start asm -n rac2
启动实例：
srvctl start instance -d firstrac -i firstrac1
srvctl start instance -d firstrac -i firstrac2
至此，RAC 就已启动完毕，如果需要EM 再用 emctl start dbconsole 在每个节点进行启动。
