Enalbe mail feature for oracle DB.(oracle10G)
a. This step is used to config the email server to send alert email.
1. Run script. "@?/rdbms/admin/utlmail.sql" at sqlplus prompt.
2. Run script. "@?/rdbms/admin/prvtmail.plb" at sqlplus prompt.
b. ALTER SYSTEM SET smtp_out_server = 'xxxx.xxx.com';
c. test the email server.

d. Please run command: GRANT EXECUTE ON UTL_MAIL TO user who will use mail feature; such as
SQL>GRANT EXECUTE ON UTL_MAIL TO xxxxxx;
