2. 在表（shareplex_partition）中插入数据

VALUES
(v_partition_scheme, v_description, v_target_table_owner, v_target_table_name, v_route, v_priority, v_ordering, v_options, v_col_conditions);
insert into SHAREPLEX_PARTITION values('xxxx_SCHEME','replication condition','xxx','',xxxx@o.xxxx','','','','((account_type = 1) or (account_type = 2))');
3. re-activate shareplex configruation file.
