在启动ORACLE时报如下错误：

startup open;
ORA-00824: cannot set sga_target due to existing internal settings, see alert log for more information

查看alert log：
Cannot set sga_target with db_block_buffers set

由于之前修改过sga参数，生效方式为spfile，而oracle默认是以spfile启动的。参数修改之后没有重新创建过spfile，因此报错：
解决步骤：
1，先找到init.ora.NNNNNNN,(N为一串数字)
2，SQL>create spfile from pfile='/u01/app/oracle/admin/ora10/pfile/init.ora.NNNNNNN';
3，SQL>starup open;
ORACLE instance started.

Total System Global Area  608174080 bytes
Fixed Size                  1220820 bytes
Variable Size             163581740 bytes
Database Buffers          436207616 bytes
Redo Buffers                7163904 bytes
Database mounted.
Database opened.
成功了。

4，更新一下pfiel：
SQL>create pfile from spfile;
