orace 用户登陆并确保关闭所有的数据库实例：
cd /opt/app/oracle/product/10G/rdbms/lib
make -f ins_rdbms.mk rac_off
##if this step did not fail with fatal errors, proceed to next step
else ask for oracle help
make -f ins_rdbms.mk ioracle
## If these steps fail with a Fatal Error, then you will need to open a Service Request and submit these errors to Oracle Support for analysis

make -f ins_rdbms.mk ioracle
