在同一个实例下面存在多个用户，当这些用户中存在相同名称的表或对象时可能会存在串对象的问题，如用户user_a和user_b都存在一个emp表，当在user_a中执行对emp表操作时有可能会访问到user_b下面的emp表,这一系统的bug在oracle多个版本中出现，下面为已发现的相关bug
