Goal
DBCA error's out when creating a database:ORA-12547 LOST CONTACT
oracleINFOSYS: error while loading shared libraries: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: Permission denied
Solution
Check if "Enforcing" is set with some value and set it with 0For SELinux it must be set to a value but for Redhat or unbreakable Linux it must be set to 0 (zero) value.

2. setenforce 0
