SGA: JAVA pool, redo log buffer, buffer cache, streaming pool, large pool
PGA: sort area, hash area
Setting workarea_size_policy=auto is set PGA memory management auto.
UGA is in PGA when ORACLE with dedicated server mode.
when using a shared server, you must size your SGA’s Large pool to have
enough space in it to cater for every possible user that will ever connect to your database concurrently.
