windows下可以通过使用orastack工具修改每个thread使用的stack内存
不停oracle服务会报错，停下来执行没有问题，最近遇到客户在windows 32位下使用oracle遇到ora 12560，ora-04030错误的困扰，我想尝试使用orastack.exe来下调每个thread stack使用的内存来节约更多的主机物理内存从而缓解一下这个错误的发生。 默认是1m
