KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
Responsible to lead and manage the Eastern Region Post-Services Operations to meet revenue and cost targets through the provision of MS operations and services and to ensure that clients’ expectations and needs are met in a timely, cost effective manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Manages Eastern Regiona MS operations to achieve planned annual and quarterly financial goals in terms of revenues, profits, expenses
 Work with clients to design, develop and offer a bid proposal to meet the client’s business requirements and technical specifications are met
 Interfaces with other Datacraft units (PS, SALES and SDG) to discuss and resolve client issues & concerns
 Manage customers service delivery programs and ensure that Service Standards KPIs are met
 Monitor MS operations through performance & process reviews and take corrective actions as needed
 Interfaces with vendors for services related engagements
 Manages and supervises technical staff and to provide feedback on performance

REQUIREMENTS
 IT or Engineering degree with technical accreditations and certificates
 Minimum 8 - 10 years in the IT/high tech industry with minimum 8 years in a similar position
 Excellent project management skills, analytical with troubleshooting abilities
 Able to work under tight deadlines and cope with pressure
 Team leader with ability to motivate, coach and mentor members
 Good oral & written communications skills with influencing & negotiating skills
