现象：
要增加会计科目管理费用(5201)的二级科目(如差旅费520101)无法增加,提示:"科目编码首位与分类编号不符,接受此编码吗?"(行业性质是民间非营利组织)
通过重装数据库,重装软件,重新建立账套还是没办法解决提示相同的问题
解决：
请先备份帐套和ufsystem库，然后在查询分析器中执行以下脚本：
