• Backorders are not generated for flow schedules because all the components have to be available for flow schedules otherwise no move orders are generated.
•For the flow job, we need to pick all the component together(may be one seq).
•If we need to back order, we need to back order all the component together.(one seq)
•After the component back ordered, we need update APPS.WIP_FLOW_SCHEDULES allocated_flag = null, then the flow job can be re-pick
