these days we met a new case with xml report issue.
As we run the report, the report finished with good. but the user run the report, the report finished with warning. As we checked with user, we found the user's langeague is differenter as us, but the user can't change the laguage when he run the report. This is because: user having ICX : Language set to a different language. then the program cannot not find the default XML template
We analyzed and issue is because the template_code assigned to the concurrent is “XXX_AAA” which is incorrect and does not exists.
The template code should be null or same as the concurrent short name “XXX_AAA”.
The template name can be corrected from System Administration (self service page) responsibility.
select * from fnd_concurrent_programs_v1 where concurrent_program_name='XXX_AA'
