met issue: the user can't drop LPN, as check and found the avaible qty is negative.
the onhand is 1, so line qty 2
pickrelease qty 1
but the aviable qty is -1
problem was user had manually put qty_reserve =2
at line level
deleted the allocation and changed it to 1, then problem solved.
