IPR the destination org and source org is the same org
For the user misstake, sometimes the created the IPR with the source org org_A, but for SO shipping org also org_A.
The SO can shipped successful, after the SO shipped confrim, the system automatically gengerated two transactions, the transaction type is Interanal Order Xfer, Int Req Sub Xfer.
