Yesterday, we met a issue, the customer told us that one SO was shipped my mistake. As i know that once the SO has shipped, it can't be returned. I just a little worried about the issue. Then my colleague told me that he can create an RMA order. Recevie the order to inventory 
From now on, i need to summary the thing in my work.
