### Steps to Reproduce ###
1、create a job (quantity is 100) which have a OSP operation
2、move the job to the OSP operation
3、receive to the shop floor, for the supplier scraped 20 items,so we only receive 80 to the shop floor. The problem is the system limit to do scrap in the OSP operation.
4、after the job is complete, for the OSP operation still have some quantity in queue.so the job can't change status to complete automic.

1). Download the sql file containing the script. There are two versions of this script. HTMomse11i.sql for Release 11i. HTMomse12.sql for Release 12.
2). Run the script. from SQL*Plus connected as APPS user as follows:
If your environment is R11i: sqlplus apps/apps @HTMomse11i.sql
If your environment is R12: sqlplus apps/apps @HTMomse12.sql
3). The output file will be located on the DB Server in the 'utl_file_dir' directory. Please do not rename this output file when uploading to My Oracle Support.

A) Stop Forms Server and manually regenerate plx for following libraries.
1.WIPCORE.pll
2.WIPTXCOM.pll
3.WIPTXRSC.pll
4.WIP_TXNS.pll
5.WIPTXSFM.pll
6.WIPSTMSC.pll
7.INVTTMTX.pll
8.INVMTXFH.pll
9.INVTTMVE.pll
10.APPCORE.pll
11.INVMTWIP.pll
B) After that regenerate the WIPTXSFM.fmx
C) And Start the Form. Server and Now Test the behavior. for Move transactions form.

After reading the reference you supplied to me,I think maybe you misunderstand my intention.Beacuse I find the reference not cosistent with my issue,the difference is there is shopfloor statuses set for the job at osp operation,but I want to acheive the function as follows:
In my company actual business model,the scrapped physical in supplier will be also return back to us,we would sale it as waste,so we hope we can make a scrap transaction in the move transaction form.
