在修改Person时出现如下错误信息：

查Metalink，原来是因为  per_people_f 、HZ_PERSON_PROFILES 、HZ_PARTIES这三个table中.有某个table没有PARTY_ID 。搞不懂这里为什么会涉及到table 'HZ_PARTIES'，感觉在这个画面上新增一个Person以后，Customer 中，就会自动新建一个类型为person的customer.

依照metalink步骤，一步步操作以后，问题解决。

Getting following error while attempting update People records with Email address.


ERROR
APP-PER-289974: There has been an error processing this person. The error encountered is
'ORA-20001: HZ_API_NO_RECORD: N, RECORED, party, N, VALUE, 1070, N, POO, 1070', which occurred in
procedure per_hrtca_merge.update_tca_person at step 10.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Resp: US Global HRMS Manager
Navigation: People-> Enter and Maintain -> Query the person -> Go to Office Details Tab -> Enter
Email Address -> Save. It gives the above listed error.

Cause

The cause of the issue is invalid / incorrect data in per_people_f and HZ_PERSON_PROFILES and
HZ_PARTIES tables.
PER_PEOPLE_F had value in PARTY_ID and the other two table did not.

Tables must be in sync. Local checks with sql scripts showed they were not.

Solution

To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:

1.  Ensure that you have taken a backup of your system before applying the recommended solution.

2.  Check the following profile options:

They should be set to:
HZ: Generate Party Number = Yes
HZ: Generate Party Site Number = Yes
HZ: Generate Contact Number = Yes

3.   Select *
      from pay_action_parameters
      where PARAMETER_NAME = 'DATA_MIGRATOR_MODE';

The Mode should not be 'P' - Please set N for DATA_MIGRATOR_MODE

(if you don't have this row in pay_action_parameters, add it)

4. Null out the party_id for the individual involved in PER_PEOPLE_F.

update per_people_f set party_id=null where person_id=77;
execute per_hrtca_merge.migrate_all_hr_persons(1,1);

5. execute per_hrtca_merge.migrate_all_hr_persons(1,1);

6. Retest the issue

7 . If you are satisfied that the issue is resolved, migrate the solution as appropriate to other
environments.
