How to configure database console when the hostname or IP changes ?
Answer :
You need to drop and recreate the dbconsole when the hostname or the ip changes
emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop
emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create
or
emca -deconfig dbcontrol db
emca -config dbcontrol db -repos recreate
