执行ALTER INDEX 语句中的REBUILD 选项，可以使用已有索引而不是整个表快速

重建索引：alter index cust_idx1 rebuild parallel

tablespace cust_tblspc1 storage (pctincrease 0);

我们可以同时修改STORAGE 子句，并且可以使用parallel 选项

ALTER INDEX INDEX_NAME REBUILD parallel 8;

并行度要看看参数吧好像是 parallel_threads_per_cpu 还有

paralle_max_server 看你硬件能否支持吧(这么还没试验)
