EBS数据库升级到11g后在appsTier执行adadmin遇到另外一个问题

occurred while executing the SQL statement:

AD Administration error:
Unable to connect to 'SYSTEM'; password may be invalid.
Unable to connect to 'SYSTEM'; password may be invalid.
这种情况一般有两种原因：
1.system被锁定，用sql*plus直接用system登陆正常，排除这种可能
2.数据库参数sec_case_sensitive_logon默认设置成TRUE

这个参数是11g的新特性,密码大小写敏感，看来是EBS系统不支持这个特性导致，万恶的oracle阿。
修改init.ora把sec_case_sensitive_logon改成FALSE
