1. 如何将shipment cost document 带入 billing 中
在copy control delivery to billing 的item level 设置 price source 为"F"

2. 在shipment cost的condition type FK00 设置为statistic
如何在billing 中不需要 向客户实际收钱， 只作为统计的值，可以将billing 的 price procedure 设置 transaction-specific indicator 打勾， 否则该field 放空

3.shipment cost document 的 PO，是指开给service agent的 service PO.
有两种方式可以产生PO
自动产生，是指在shipment cost document 中自动产生， 可以在后台 shipment cost item category 中的generate PO 中设。
ME21N 产生PO， 该service PO 的Header 和 item 中的一些参数必须和shipment cost 中的一样， 然后在shipment cost document 中可以用account assign 去自动匹配。Transfer 打勾，可以transfer 到accounting.
PO 中的费用并不是实际和service agent的产生的费用，系统根据shipment cost 的实际运费去产生entry sheet, 生成IR。
