以前从没使用过Oracle Enterprise Manager，今天在看administrator guide时看到了这个，按照文档上的命令，尝试启动服务：

-bash-3.00$ emctl start dbconsole
TZ set to US/Eastern
OC4J Configuration issue. /oracle/product/10204/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBConsole_ora_server_ebank not found.

查了一下metalink，原来是没有配置，手动进行配置：

-bash-3.00$ emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create

配置完成之后，就可以在浏览器里输入：http://hostname:portnumber/em登陆管理界面了。
