现象：
$ agentctl start

Could not start agent. Initialization failure
解决办法：
1. open the file $ORACLE_HOME/network/agent/config/nmiconf.tcl file
2. Change the line:
nmiconf_trace [format "Agents %ORACLE_HOME% is %s" $agentOracleHome]
Into this:
nmiconf_trace [format "Agents ORACLE_HOME is %s" $agentOracleHome]
3. Save the file
4. Start the Intelligent Agent $ORACLE_HOME/bin/emagent start
