ORA-12541:TNS:没有监听器
这个错误遇到过好多次了，但每次都忘记怎么处理的，看来还是要养成边学边记的习惯啊，整所谓好记性不如烂笔头·····
本次原因比较简单，是因为服务里Listener服务没有启动，启动Listener服务就OK了
在DOS下输入lsnrctl status查看监听器状态，如果监听器没有启动，执行lsnrctl start启动监听器，用tnsping 测试
登录sqlplus scott/tiger@primary
报错：
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist
sqlplus sys/manager123@primary as sysdba
SQL>startup mount
ORACLE 例程已经启动。
Total System Global Area 167772160 bytes
Fixed Size 1247900 bytes
Variable Size 71304548 bytes
Database Buffers 92274688 bytes
Redo Buffers 2945024 bytes
数据库装载完毕。
C:\Documents and Settings\hu>sqlplus scott/tigger@primary
ERROR:
ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress
C:\Documents and Settings\hu>sqlplus sys/manager123@primary as sysdba
SQL> alter database open;
数据库已更改。
