在ORACLE 管理模块发的帖子,没人回答我,自己解决了
大家在做字符转换时出现如下错误,可以参考这样解决..

csscan 时,libclntsh.so.9.0 错误
谁在做字符转换时,第一做CSSCAN 报告时正常,重起机器后,再运行就说某某库文件找不到了,但明明那些文件有啊..
那位老大给指点一下..感谢

环境:REDHAT ES3
         ORACLE EBS11.5.10.2

解决方法如下: 一备各位参考
1. Check the permission on this file.
2. Change the permission to 755 and retry csscan as the user who owns this library

3 Make sure your are using the RDBMS env.
4Go to RDBMS oracle home .
5 .Source .env
6.Run csscan.


7.Shutdown the database and listener.
8. Shutdown all the application services.
9. Go to RDBMS_ORACLE_HOME.
10. Run .env
11.$cd $ORACLE_HOME/bin
$relink all
12. Re-try csscan.
