软件质量的持续改进贯穿了软件开发生命周期的整个过程。软件测试是软件开发过程中质量控制的关键。只有实施对过程的有效控制,才能达到软件质量的持续改进。

 

论文在总结各种持续质量改进理论和应用现状的基础上,针对某银行开发信用风险商业智能(BI)系统过程中所存在的质量问题,讨论了导致该项目一期失败的原因,对影响项目成功的重要因素进行了具体的分析,并提出相应的应对措施。在此基础上,提出了一种基于PDCA的螺旋式软件测试方法,并详细介绍了该方法是如何应用在信用风险商业智能(BI)系统项目二期上。它是该项目二期取得成功的关键因素。该方法既能解决当前我国BI系统开发存在的质量问题,同时也是一套跟国际软件市场接轨的软件质量保证方法和流程,

 

论文所提出的基于PDCA的螺旋式软件测试方法,为商业智能(BI)系统开发提供了质量持续改进的实用方法,也对其它软件开发过程具有良好的借鉴和指导作用。

Abstract

 

Continuous quality improvement plays important roles in the whole software development cycle. Software testing is the key for quality control. Only the process is under control, the continuous quality improvement is achieved.

 

In the papervarious theories of continuous quality improvement are summarized first. It is then focused on the quality problem of the phase one of Bank Credit Risk Management Business Intelligence (BI) system project. The project failure factors are discussed. A well-rounded analysis is done for the factors which are important for the project success. The solution to the problem is raised afterward. The paper comes up with a approach - the spiral software testing approach based on PDCA quality cycle. Then It has a detail description that how to apply the approach to the phase two of Bank Credit Risk Management Business Intelligence system project. It is the critical factors for the project success. It points out that the approach can solve the quality problem of Chinese's software development project. It is also the advanced method and process in the world.

 

The paper provides a practical method of continuous quality improvement for BI project in particular and it will be served as a universal guideline to other software development project.
