MT6168 Product Brief


1 Introduction

MT 6168是一种多模式多波段收发器,提供无与伦比的集成和特征集,使EBOM在行业中处于最低水平。它完全符合TD-SCDMA HSPA(3GPP Rel. 7)以及支持GSM/GPRS/EDGE模式(GGE)。它与MediaTek的基带调制解调器集成电路组成,是TD-SCDMA蜂窝用户设备的完整芯片组解决方案。四波段GGE和TD-SCDM提供了34、39和40波段的频率范围和灵活的频带分配。

直接转换接收机是过采样Sigma-Delta结构的一部分,它将更多的信号调理转移到数字基带(DBB),从而获得最佳的HSDPA吞吐量。直接调制发射机(8 PSK/3g)与低噪声gmsk恒包络调制器或dfm(直接频率调制)相结合,具有很高的调制精度和极低的噪声。消除了在任何支持的GGE和3G模式中发射SAW滤波器的需要。芯片上的损伤补偿是为了保证最优的3G Rx和TX性能.2倍的片上压控振荡器Lo(Hb)/4xlo(Lb)频率提供rx和tx段所需的本机振荡器,然后是分频器,并通过快速解决rf分数npll锁定到系统基准。

MT6168安装在5.4x7.0mm2 171针TFBGA封装中,螺距为0.40mm。
