The working principle of jaw crusher is very simple. Its working principle is as follows :The motor will drive the belt and belt wheel. And the jaw stock will swing up and down by the eccentric bearing. The materials will be crushed or cut when the jaw stock push the moveable jaw toward the fixed jaw. when the jaw stock and moveable jaw retreat as the effect of the eccentric bearing and spring ,the materials which has been crushed or cut will be discharged by the discharge opening. As the continous rotation of the motor and the regular crushing and discharging of materials by the jaw stock, GFP series will realize the mass production. When the impact crusher works, the motor drives the rotor rotate with high speed, on the rotor where installed the hammers. When the materials get into the area which the hammers effect, under the impact function of the hammer at a high speed, the materials are thrown to the impact device above the rotor continuously. And then the materials are rebounded from the impact liner to the area where the hammers effects for being recrushed. The materials from large to small all to be crushed at the impact chamber repeatedly. The process won't stop till the material are crushed to the required size and then discharged from outlet.
The whole crushing process rely on the relative motion of the two jaw plates. One of the jaw plates stay still while the other move against it. And with the movement, the materials between the two plates would be crushed into small elements.
