Major Separators Employed in Mineral Producing

Description of Flotation Machine

It is used in classifying in non-ferrous and ferrous metal mineral. SF is the mechanical agitation type, and it can draw the inspiration and the pulp. Compared to flotation cell, its spirit is big, and the power loss low, and the impeller lap wears lightly. The impeller diameter is small, the rotational speed low, consuming electricity few, also advantageous for the automatic control.

Flotation Machine Working Principle

When flotation cell works, slurry is inhaled from the bottom of the trough to the space between impellers. Meanwhile, the low-pressure air send by fan is sent to this area through the air distributor in the hollow shaft. After sufficient mixing, the slurry is pushed out by the impeller, and then goes to the whole trough. When the froth rises to the stable level, after the enrichment processing, froth overflows to the froth trough from the overflow weir. Another part of ore slurry flows to lower part of impeller for the remiss with air. The remained slurry flows to the next trough until becomes residue.

Features List

(1)The capacity of air suction is large, the power consumption is low.

(2)Every tend has three functions of air suction, slurry suction and flotation simultaneously being unique in flotation return circuit without need for any supplement and equipment, the circuit change is convenient for horizontal location.

(3)The slurry cycle is rational; the settlement of coarse sand can be reduced into full play.

(4)The regulation is convenient to equip auto and electro-controlling arrangements for slutty level.

General Introduction of Magnetic Separator

They are devices that are primarily used to eliminate tramp iron from ores and for removing contaminating materials that can damage equipment. There are mainly two kinds of magnetic separators produced by our factory. They are wet magnetic separator and magnetic drum separator. In concentration processes, the Magnetic Separator is commonly used to sort various types of metals. Similarly, in case of weak magnetic minerals such as hematite, limonite and garnet, they can be separated from the non- magnetic substances by the use of high-intensity separators.
