建立不保留镜像信息系统备份mksysb的方法(ZT)

在对根卷组(rootvg)进行了卷组镜像后,如何建立系统备份(mksysb)而不保留镜像信息?

按照下面的步骤操作能够建立系统备份(mksysb)而不保留镜像信息:
1.运行如下命令建立一个新的image.data文件:
mkszfile
2.进入到根(/)目录下编辑image.data文件
3. cd /
4. vi image.data
5.下面的例子显示出一个image.data文件的逻辑卷数据(lv_data)的一部分,第一个例子是带有镜像信息,而第二例子是不带镜像信息
的编辑过的版本。改变了的行被用 -->符号标示出并用了粗体显示,想要查看和编辑这个文件,输入如下命令:
                  vi image.data

                             LV_SOURCE_DISK_LIST= hdisk0
                             LV_IDENTIFIER= 00000001113f3c62.5
                             LOGICAL_VOLUME= hd2

在例子2(Example 2)里COPIES值被改成了1并且PP值被调整等于LPs值,对image.data文件里任何逻辑卷数据(lv_data)
相应部分都要做如此改变。改变完成后保存退出。
6.在命令行运行mksysb命令将利用你编辑过的image.data文件进行系统备份:
mksysb /dev/rmtX (X代表所使用的磁带机设备号)

警告:
1.不要在smit菜单里运行mksysb,因为这样做将更新image.data文件并重写已经做过的任何改变;
2.运行mksysb命令时千万不要加 -i 参数,因为这样做同样会更新image.data文件.
