Purpose:

同前面的 discrete manufactuing、process industry相比,REM(Repetitive manufacuring)具有以下几个明显的特征:

1). 不使用production order地行计划与生产执行;而是使用planned order,特别是Production line (PV) assign后的RSQ(run schedule quantity)类型的PL。

2). 一般其component是使用backflush进行的,有component backflush,Assembly backflush、activity backflush;以当reserval的特别。

3). 其cost是使用product cost collector进行debit
