Subject: Please attend monthly meeting punctually
 
   In order to keep track of the process of our on hand projects, I will hold this monthly meeting at 2PM 05/26/2012 in the training room A ,W1 building, all of our production supports are required to attend, others are optional, below is general agenda for your reference:
1. Joe will give us a brief introduction about Project A, then delegating the workload to our supports.
2. Regarding to Project B, user raised several new requirements, we need to discuss how to do the feasibility analysis.
3. Brainstorm，any concerns,issues during the work are welcomed.

   In all, please do some preparations accordingly and be punctual.
